launch party of toasted toad cellars

just got back from a small wine launch party of a design client of mine - toasted toad cellars. my girlfriend teny referred me to them to draw their toad logo, and it was so exciting to see the result on the wine bottle, wine glasses, tshirts... the wine was good too :) the drive was fairly long coming from San Jose and driving to Antioch. it was me, my roommate, dyana and quang :) we stopped at a mexican place beforehand but I regret it because there were hors doevres pairings with the wine tastings. the owner was so friendly and pleasant, and clearly passionate and proud of his venture. it seems hes a hunter too it was pretty crazy seeing all the game on the walls. I wasnt used to seeing that. my girlfriend dyana is a vegetarian and was pretty shocked. oh well, to each their own. came home and took a 3 hour nap. on our way to Santana row now. love the weekends.
